HOW IT WORKS
• Complete the ConfirmText Activation Form. We’ll confirm that we’ve received your ConfirmText Activation via email and send your Consider It Done Kit via Priority Mail within 24 hours.
You will select your confirmation preferences at this time:
Time of day to send confirmation messages, including time zone
# of days in advance to send confirmation messages
Email address where you’ll receive the REPLIES to your ConfirmText messages*
Email address where you’ll receive notification of any undeliverable messages*
*We recommend setting up an email address that will receive only ConfirmText replies and error notifications so that you may easily access and manage this information. We suggest using an address like confirm@yoursalon.com or appts@yoursalon.com as this will be displayed on your customers cell phone when they receive a ConfirmText message.
• Begin offering the ConfirmText option to your customers!
Each text message customer must have Beeper selected as their contact in their customer information file as well as their 10 digit cell phone number entered into the Beeper field. Your Consider It Done Kit contains reminder stickers with this information and stickers should be placed at all booking stations.
• Integration Appointment with Salon/Spa Biz
Your activation request will be forwarded to Salon/Spa Biz immediately and a Salon/Spa Biz representative will contact you to set up an appointment to install the ConfirmText integration on your system. Integration appointments can usually be scheduled within 2 weeks of the day we receive your request.
• The day after the integration has been installed on your system, ConfirmText messages will automatically be sent to the designated customers at the time of day selected in your preferences!
Appointment statuses will be automatically updated to “Left Message” after the ConfirmText messages are exported for sending.
• Check the email address you designated for UNDELIVERABLE notifications.
If there are any errors to report, you will typically receive the notification within minutes of the ConfirmText messages being sent.
